The THE BEST WESTERN Queens Hotel, Oban is a magnificent building, filled with history.
It is believed to have been originally built for the 1st Episcopalian Bishop of Argyll and the Islands as his home in the late 19th Century.
Later it became a church retreat and then a temperance hotel called The Glen Campa Hotel before it evolved into the majestic hotel of today.
We saw the potential of the hotel when we stayed in the mid 1990s whilst on our honeymoon.
As owners, to say we have achieved our dream would be an understatement.
