In order to make a reservation credit card details are required to guarantee your room. The hotel operates a 24 hour cancellaion policy. There is no charge for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the booking arrival date. Should we receive cancellation within 24 hours of the booked arrival date then a charge to the value of the first nights accommodation charge would be made against your credit card.Small house trained Pets and Guide Dogs are allowed in nominated rooms only for an additional charge of £10.00 per pet per night.
